Who is Felipe Calderón?
Felipe Calderón is a Mexican lawyer, economist, and politician who served as President of the United Mexican States from 2006 to 2012. Following his time in the highest office of his country, he has become an international figure in the promotion of sustainable development, the energy transition, the fight against climate change, and the formulation of public policies for global economic sustainability.
He holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, a master's degree in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University's John F. He began his public career at a young age, distinguishing himself as a legislator, president of his political party, and Secretary of Energy during the federal administration.
