Jürgen Klaric is an executive, communicator and speaker. He studied Industrial Design at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is an expert in cultural anthropology and neuromarketing.
He is founder and president of Fundación BiiA, Business & Innovation Institute of America and CEO of Mindcode, a leading anthropological research firm in Latin America, recognized for developing an innovative methodology that allows companies to discover consumer brand preferences. His studies on consumer behavior and the human mind are conducted using the same technology used by NASA and the U.S. Army. The Mindcode method has been implemented in more than 20 countries as the strategic axis of advertising campaigns for brands such as Bacardi, Frito Lay, Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Nike, among others. He is also a prominent professional speaker at international events and forums.
He is the author of the books "NeuroSales", "NeuroLove", "NeuroEmpowerment", "Innovation Shock" and the bestseller "We Are Blind", in which he discusses the current approach to marketing and how it takes us away from the consumer instead of bringing us closer to the consumer.
