Juan Ignacio Sanchez is a former basketball player, manager and lecturer. He is recognized as one of the most important sportsmen in Argentine history.
He was part of the Argentine national basketball team in what was called the Golden Generation together with Emanuel Ginóbili and Puma Montecchia, among other players. In the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, the team won the gold medal against Italy in the final, including the elimination of USA in the semifinals.
He is the founder of a technological sports center, which prepares high-performance athletes (in particular, he trains the BahÃa Blanca Basketball team of the Argentine National League) and at the same time works on habit building, new ways of teaching, neurosciences, data science and other areas that seek to integrate sports and education.
