Carlos “Carlitos” Páez Rodríguez is a Uruguayan businessman, publicist, and speaker, recognized worldwide as one of the 16 survivors of the 1972 Andes plane crash. The son of the famous artist Carlos Páez Vilaró, “Carlitos’s” story is defined not only by the accident but also by the way he has used that experience to inspire millions of people throughout his life.
