This man of Puerto Rican origin is one of America's national heroes.
William Rodriguez is a lecturer and is considered one of America's heroes for his assistance in the World Trade Center bombing.
He was a cleaner at the World Trade Center and on the day of the attack rescued more than 20 people. He had the master key to the north tower and among other feats, he led firefighters up the stairs, opening doors as they went up, successfully evacuating hundreds of survivors. He entered the tower three more times after the surrounding impact and is believed to have been the last person to get out alive.
In his conferences he shares his experience and is a great motivator of audiences. He has received several awards, including recognition as a National Hero by Puerto Rico, Chile and the U.S., the National Pride Award.
