Bernardo Hernández is one of the world's leading innovators and a reference in new technologies.
Bernardo Hernández is an executive, entrepreneur, consultant and investor. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid and a Master's degree in Finance from Boston College.
He is president and founder of Solón Inversiones SL, an investment fund company. He is a reference in new technologies due to his extensive experience leading teams in major technology companies, including his role at Google Inc. as director of marketing and product for Spain and as product director of Zagat. He has also participated in projects such as Tuenti.com, the leading social network among young people in Spain, and Step One, a pioneering project that facilitates the entry of Spanish companies into the U.S. market. In addition, he is an international speaker and is a member of the Jury for the Prince of Asturias Foundation's Scientific and Technical Research Awards.
Among his awards, he was included in the list of the 25 most influential people on the Internet in Spain, published by the newspaper "El Mundo" and received together with Negroponte the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in Architecture and Technology from the Universidad Camilo José Cela, Madrid.
