Beatriz Goyoaga is an entrepreneur, instructor, lecturer, journalist and author. Her goal is to serve, to help those in need and to share what she has learned from her Master, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
She is a meditation and breathing instructor and coordinator of The Art of Living for Latin America and Spain. She was an accomplished journalist and expert in politics and economics, but left that career to devote herself to meditation and to eliminate stress and restore the psychophysical balance lost by the anxiety produced by the crisis.
She is also the author of the book "From gin & tonic to Meditation and Breathing" where she shares her journey to the new starting point from which she committed every second and resource of her life to help those who need it most and to share unconditionally.
