Álvaro Merino is an executive, author, trainer and speaker. He holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and studied Coaching at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, among other studies.
He is an international speaker and CEO of 3'59, a professional training and coaching space. He is also an expert in leadership and talent development in organizations at Laureate Education, Inc. He has extensive experience as a trainer and has also been academic director of the Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid, among others.
He is also co-author with Joan Capdevila of the book "Teams with a future" and collaborates with InspiraSports, an NGO that designs programs for homeless people through sports actions.
