He holds a degree in architecture from the University of Palermo and supplemented his education with studies in sustainable design, real estate development, and urban planning. In 2011, he joined the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, where for more than a decade he held various positions related to mobility, urban innovation, planning, and project development.
From 2019 to 2024, he served as Secretary of Urban Development for Buenos Aires. During that time, he participated in numerous transformation projects and initiatives aimed at reclaiming spaces, integrating new uses, and rethinking the relationship between architecture, infrastructure, economic activity, and urban life. He is also the co-author of *Ciudades Azules*, a book focused on new ways of designing and managing cities.
After leaving public service, he continued to work as a consultant and specialist in urban development. His proposal calls for placing people at the center of urban design and envisioning spaces that are more sustainable, accessible, resilient, and inclusive.
