Adriana MacÃas is a motivational speaker and writer with a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de México and an expert in human resources management. She inspires people globally through captivating sessions, inviting any audience to recognize and challenge themselves.
Adriana was born without both arms and has developed different tools to improve her quality of life. In her conferences she is dedicated to sharing them with people, seeking to leave a positive mark on the world. Through discipline and commitment to herself, always keeping her optimism and good humor, she has managed to develop herself personally and professionally.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a speaker being one of the first female speakers and winner of different awards among them Premio Mujer Extraordinaria (2010) and Premio Nacional de la Mujer by CANADEM (2013), among others.
