Vivian Lan

Vivian Lan is a business strategist and innovation leader, recognized for her work at the intersection of technology and social impact. Of Mexican origin, her background is a testament to a multidisciplinary approach, combining studies in design, art and a specialization in exponential technologies. This diverse background has allowed her to develop a unique perspective to address global issues, demonstrating that creativity and collaboration are essential tools to build a better future.

His career took a crucial turn when he became involved in social impact projects. In 2011, she ran a successful social media campaign to help famine in Africa, raising $100,000 and delivering 40 tons of food and medical assistance to 20,000 people. This experience took her to Singularity University in 2013, a prestigious institution founded by Google and NASA. There she studied the use of exponential technologies to integrate them into humanitarian work, which consolidated her as an expert in the field.

After graduating, Vivian Lan became an ambassador for Singularity University in Mexico, and later the director of the SingularityU Mexico Summit in Jalisco. From this position, she has driven an initiative to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country. In addition, she has held leadership roles in government, as Director of Innovation Ecosystems in the Office of the Presidency of Mexico, and in the private sector, in institutions such as ExO Works and NAZCA Ventures.

Beyond her corporate work and her role at Singularity University, Vivian Lan is an active advocate for innovation with social responsibility. She founded Uma School, a Montessori institution with conscious education that seeks to empower individuals to discover their purpose. Through her international conferences and workshops, Lan inspires diverse audiences to use technology not only to make life easier, but also to improve it, facing global challenges with creativity and a proactive vision.
