Mónica Esgueva is an economist, researcher, coach and consultant. She holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master's degree in Foreign Trade. She is recognized as one of the leading experts in Mindfulness.
She is professionally dedicated to coaching, teaching leadership, self-knowledge and Mindfulness to companies and organizations. She has developed the innovative ©Beyond Mindfulness method. She carries out various initiatives and teaches her unique method with top level clients. In addition, she gives lectures and seminars in companies and organizations nationally and internationally and provides professional and personal development.
