Linda Rottemberg

Linda Rottenberg is an entrepreneur, author, and international leader in entrepreneurship, innovation, and the development of business ecosystems. She is a co-founder of Endeavor, an organization created to identify, support, and promote high-impact entrepreneurs, particularly in markets traditionally far from the world’s major technology and financial hubs.

He graduated from Harvard College and later earned his law degree from Yale Law School. After completing his studies, he worked in Latin America, where he began to observe the difficulties entrepreneurs faced in accessing capital, knowledge, mentors, and international networks. That experience was instrumental in developing the idea that would later give rise to Endeavor.

In 1997, he co-founded the organization and has led its international expansion ever since. Endeavor has built a network that currently works with entrepreneurs in more than 50 countries and developed Endeavor Catalyst, its investment vehicle, which manages hundreds of millions of dollars and has invested in hundreds of companies. Rottenberg captured part of his philosophy in *Crazy Is a Compliment*, a bestseller dedicated to entrepreneurship and the ability to turn unconventional ideas into growth projects.

She currently continues to serve as co-founder and CEO of Endeavor and serves on boards and in international organizations. Her work has helped solidify the idea that high-impact companies can emerge in any market. Her talks focus on entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, risk-taking, and building ecosystems capable of multiplying economic opportunities.
