Jenn Lim is CEO and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of Delivering Happiness, a company she and Tony Hsieh (former CEO of Zappos) co-founded to demonstrate how purpose, people and profit can be prioritized to make an impact in the world. In 2010, she led the launch and management of Tony's first book, Delivering Happiness, which sold over 1 million copies, was translated into 23 languages and reached #1 in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
With the success of the book, Delivering Happiness evolved into the world's first "coach sulting" company to help businesses, governments and healthcare systems actualize their own sustainable organizations with people and purpose for a positive ROI (Return on Investment).
Since then, he has inspired and helped more than 400 organizations around the world create systemic change to prepare them for growth, adaptability and resilience.
