Jenn Lim is a leading American entrepreneur and author, recognized for her work in organizational culture and workplace happiness. Lim is co-founder and CEO of Delivering Happiness (DH), a global company and movement inspired by the success of the book of the same name, co-written by Tony Hsieh, the late CEO of Zappos.
Lim graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science and Asian Studies. She began her career in the corporate world, but soon became dissatisfied with the traditional approach to business. This dissatisfaction led her to collaborate with Tony Hsieh, helping him build the famous culture of employee happiness and satisfaction at Zappos.
In 2010, Lim and Hsieh launched Delivering Happiness, initially as a book that quickly became a New York Times bestseller.
