Isela Costantini is a prominent Argentine-Brazilian executive recognized for her leadership in major Latin American companies. Born in Brazil, she moved to Argentina in her youth and graduated in Social Communication at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (Brazil), later obtaining an MBA at Loyola University in the United States.
Costantini began her career at General Motors, where she worked for 16 years and rose through the ranks to become president of the Argentine subsidiary in 2012. Under her leadership, she managed to drive the company's growth and profitability in a challenging market, standing out for her focus on operational efficiency and teamwork.
In 2016, Costantini was appointed president of AerolÃneas Argentinas, becoming the first woman to lead the flag carrier. During her tenure, she focused on improving financial efficiency, reducing operating costs and optimizing resources. Although her time at the company was brief, her leadership left a mark on the airline's transformation.
Subsequently, Costantini has dedicated herself to consulting and leadership development through her own consulting and executive coaching firm.
