Inma Puig

Inma Puig is a Spanish psychologist, strategic consultant, lecturer, and writer, internationally recognized for her pioneering work in emotion management, talent development, and high-performance team cohesion in elite sports and the corporate sector. Her approach focuses on placing people and interpersonal relationships at the strategic core of any successful organization.

A graduate in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, ​​she completed her training with specializations in clinical psychology, psychoanalysis, and systemic intervention in organizations.
