Gemma Muñoz

Gemma Muñoz is an executive, entrepreneur, consultant and speaker. She has a degree in computer science and a master's degree in Web Analytics from the University of British Columbia. She is a specialist in data and in recognizing market niches and interpreting them for e-commerce.

She is co-founder and CEO of the analytical marketing agency El Arte de Medir, where they collaborate with companies to transform their online and offline data into knowledge that has an impact on business. Among the companies she has worked with are Zara, Bankinter, Banco Santander and Iberdrola, among others. She is also a Web Analytics Consultant, has experience as director of the Web Analytics department at Panda Security and Bankinter, and is an innovation speaker with extensive experience participating in international events.

Among the awards he received, he was a finalist in the Awards for Excellence (2011) in the United States, an award given by the Web Analytics Association (WAA), which recognizes the most outstanding professionals worldwide.
