Evelina Cabrera is a leader, coach, soccer player, sports manager, activist and lecturer. She is a referent of women's soccer and social inclusion and the fight for gender equality.
She is the founder of the Argentine Women's Soccer Association together with other players, coaches and leaders. The organization is dedicated to providing assistance to federated and non-federated soccer players by articulating sport and education. She also formed the first women's blind soccer team in Buenos Aires. She was a speaker at the "W20 Argentina" and "BAPA + 40", the United Nations conference.
Among her many awards, she is an Ambassador for equity in sports at the OAS (Organization of American States) and was recognized by "The Economist" magazine as a social transformer for her fight against forms of discrimination and for gender equality.
