Nicolás Halac

Nicolás Halac is an Argentine entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Experiencias LLC—Latin America’s leading speaker agency—and CEO of Counter, a company specializing in advanced robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions for businesses. For more than 20 years, he has been developing projects that connect organizations with global leaders, transformative ideas, and emerging technologies, helping companies and institutions accelerate their innovation and transformation processes.

With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Torcuato Di Tella University, he has built his career at the intersection of business, leadership, technology, and strategic communication. Over the years, he has worked with international organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Mastercard, UNICEF, Adidas, Visa, Holcim, Givaudan, and Allianz, among many others, designing high-impact corporate experiences and advising on initiatives related to leadership, artificial intelligence, geopolitics, innovation, digital transformation, and the future of work.

As the founder of Experiencias, he has spearheaded a platform that connects companies throughout Latin America with thousands of international thought leaders, including former presidents, Nobel laureates, global CEOs, scientists, economists, elite athletes, authors, and opinion leaders. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a regional leader in curating conferences and learning experiences for the corporate world, distinguishing itself through an approach based on excellence, personalization, and long-term impact.

At the same time, he leads Counter, a company with more than 25 years of experience that is currently driving the adoption of advanced robotics—including service robots, cleaning robots, quadrupeds, and humanoids—along with automation and artificial intelligence solutions for organizations across various sectors. In this role, he works to bring cutting-edge technologies to companies seeking to improve their productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.

He is recognized for his ability to identify global trends, build bridges between knowledge and organizations, and transform complex ideas into experiences that generate concrete results. Currently, Nicolás Halac is developing projects related to artificial intelligence, robotics, leadership, high performance, geopolitics, innovation, and organizational transformation, convinced that emerging technologies only generate true impact when combined with a strategic vision, excellent execution, and a deep understanding of human behavior.
