Juan Pablo Montoya is a motorsports driver and lecturer. He is an internationally recognized high-performance athlete.
Contagious of his father's love for cars, from the age of five he began his passion for speed and from a very early age began to demonstrate his ability in this sport, becoming a young promise.
As he did with the teams in the world of professional motorsports, Montoya is a speaker who transmits an impactful and contagious positive message of motivation and self-improvement to his audience. In his lectures he transmits, through his personal and professional experiences in motorsports, the keys of leadership to successfully manage a team.
Montoya came to compete in three different categories, achieving good results, until he decided to move from Colombia to Europe to pursue his dream of racing in Formula 1. An example of overcoming and how with perseverance and hard work you can get what you want.
Although Formula 1 may seem individual, the key to success in the sport is teamwork. Montoya excels at bringing out and maximizing the potential of each individual, creating efficient, committed and united teams capable of working under pressure.
Juan Pablo Montoya was champion of the CART series in 1999 and achieved ten victories in two seasons with Ganassi, after which he went on to race in Formula 1, where he accumulated seven victories, 30 podiums and 13 pole positions. 2003 was his stellar season, winning the Monaco Grand Prix, one of the most important and prestigious races in the world. Also in 2003 he broke the record for the fastest lap in Formula 1, at 259.844 km/h in the Italian Grand Prix.
