Javier Candarle is a psychotherapist, instructor, researcher, author and teacher. He studied Psychology at the University of Belgrano, Argentina and specialized in cognitive therapy.
He is a Senior Mindfulness Instructor and teaches courses and stress reduction programs and seminars throughout Latin America. He has extensive teaching experience, he is a professor of three chairs at the Universidad del Salvador where he is also director of the research "The practice of Mindfulness in the development of empathy in students of the upper cycle of the University". He is also a member of the Argentine Association of Cognitive Therapy and teaches postgraduate courses at the Cognitive Therapy Center of Buenos Aires, among other experiences.
He has written several articles on cognitive therapy for children and adolescents, is co-author of several books and author of "Mindfulness, Mindfulness to live better", the Guide of readings to cultivate stillness" and "Mindfulness II, Consciousness for a full life".
